Tony Cragg at Tegernsee Art Masters 2025

In the summer of 2025, the Tegernsee Art Masters launched with an exhibition featuring two sculptures by Tony Cragg.
On the lakeshore in Rottach-Egern, nestled within the surrounding mountain landscape, the four-meter-high sculpture Runner by Tony Cragg is on view. The Runner sculptures form part of a significant series in the artist’s recent body of work. These pieces are based on outline drawings of human faces that suggest the movement of two bodies through space. In recent years, works from this series have been exhibited at the Louvre in Paris, Madison Square Park in New York, and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
The sculpture We by the German-British artist is presented in cooperation with the Tegernsee Art Masters in front of the Olaf Gulbransson Museum.
