Although made from a hard material, the sculpture has a fascinating lightness and flowing elegance. The large, round, disc-like shapes, which taper thinly at the ends, rest on a narrow base of the sculpture and reinforce the dynamic. Like an accordion or sound waves, the upwardly striving form opens and condenses in its own rhythm.
